Use of SION marks by third parties requires prior written permission — including for social media, promotional content, resale, republication, or use in any partnership context.

SION Varsity programs and materials may reference third-party trademarks. Their inclusion is for identification and educational reference only. No endorsement, sponsorship or partnership is implied unless separately authorised. Third-party marks referenced include, without limitation:

• Synopsys™ and Synopsys tool names — trademarks of Synopsys, Inc.
• AMD®, Xilinx®, Vivado®, Vitis™ and related FPGA tool and platform names — trademarks of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and/or its affiliates.
• Verilog® and SystemVerilog® — trademarks of Accellera Systems Initiative, Inc.
• Other third-party product names, tool names, standard names and company names — trademarks of their respective owners.

Where SION Varsity references third-party tools in its programs, the specific tools, versions and access arrangements are disclosed to enrolled students. SION Varsity does not represent that access to any specific third-party tool constitutes a formal partnership with the tool's vendor.
