How refunds, deferrals and cohort changes are handled — transparent, timing-based, and disclosed in your admission letter.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to fees paid by students to SION Varsity for enrolment in its programs. Specific refund terms in effect at the time of your admission letter — as disclosed by admissions — govern your engagement. This document is a general framework.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admissions with your admission reference. The applicable refund depends on the timing of the request relative to cohort start and program milestones, as disclosed in your admission letter.
In the rare event a cohort is cancelled or rescheduled by SION Varsity, students receive either a full refund or a fee-adjusted transfer to a subsequent cohort, per your preference.
Where a student is unable to continue for genuine reasons (medical, family, unavoidable schedule change), a one-time deferral to a subsequent cohort may be considered, subject to policy in effect. Deferral is not a refund.
Scholarship benefit is contingent on continued enrolment and, where structured across milestones, on continued performance. Cancellation may affect scholarship entitlement, as disclosed in the scholarship offer.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable business timeframe, subject to payment-processor timelines. Refunds are net of any non-refundable third-party processing fees.
Submit refund or deferral requests in writing via the Contact page or your admissions advisor. Advisors will confirm the applicable terms per your admission letter.
